They are needing a wonderful Registered Nurse or Healthcare professional with a current practising certificate to step into this Clinical Manager role and lead their awesome teams to success!

About the role:
Leading the clinical team to successfully provide Restorative and Rehabilitation services for older persons.
Enhancing the service delivery and care by providing adequate coaching, training and performance appraisals.
Growing and developing business opportunities.

Requirements:
•Registered Nurse or Healthcare Professional
•Current practising certificate
•Previous experience and success leading a clinical team.
•Knowledge of the restorative care model
•Experience with bulk-funding contracting environments.
•InterRAI experience
•Strong communication skills both written and verbal
•Advanced commuter skills.

Must have previous clinical experience in a primary/community health care setting.
