We are looking for Auckland Based Geotechnical Engineers.
When it comes to: INNOVATION
As a result of industry demand following the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence, Kirk Roberts has worked closely with McMillan Civil Ltd to develop a patented system for Stone Column Ground Improvement which utilises a non vibratory method of installation. This results in less impact on neighbouring buildings and allows for greater improvement of weak soils to resist both liquefaction and static induced consolidation. This allows for the use of traditional shallow foundation systems on liquefaction prone and weak soils through the improvement of the ground conditions and that doesn't come without a challenge!

The positions we have available are for a Senior and Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer who can help manage and build our Geotechnical capacity in Auckland.

The ideal candidate requires;
- BEng specialising in Geotechnical
- 4+ years' minimum experience, preferable to have New Zealand experience
- CPEng Geotechnical an asset, but not mandatory
- Proven field experience
- Technical expertise and attention to detail
- Excellent communication/Interpersonal Skills
- Management skills would be beneficial
- Formidable Time Management
