Known for their work on many of New Zealand’s most prominent and award-winning property developments, Franklin Smith will be assisting this consultancy to add value to their clients by seeking a talented Intermediate Project Manager.
They are looking somebody with infrastructure experience specifically within Roading, Three Waters, and Land Development.
Key tasks:
- Involved in the end to end construction lifecycle
- Leading multiple concurrent projects across various lifecycles including design management, tendering, contract administration and scheduling
- Liaise with the rest of the team on project briefs, complexities, risk management and budgets
- Actively source and upsell client services that the company offers
- Provide oversight on multiple jobs simultaneously at various stages of development
- Ensure effective communication of project variations
Ideal candidate:
- Between 5 - 10 years infrastructure experience. Design consultancy and/or contractor would be an advantage
- Tertiary qualified with civil or engineering degree
- Worked on Roading, Three Waters, Land Development ideally
- High performer, selfstarter and goal oriented
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills is vital
