G J Gardner Homes is New Zealand's leading group housing company specialising in new design and build house and land packages and bulk housing.

We are looking for an experienced site manager to to co-ordinate and oversee the construction of residential homes mainly in South & Central Auckland

The successful applicant will have the following attributes;

Relevant industry experience preferably in residential home builds.
A sound understanding of relevant building practices, legislation and NZS3604.
Be well versed in Health and Safety requirements and committed to running a safe site.
Have the ability to work autonomously and be self motivated.
Have the ability and personal skills to coordinate a team.
Knowledge and experience in program scheduling- preferably MS project (however training or support can be provided)
Able to communicate directly and clearly, both written and verbal, with external and internal customers
Have Trade Cert qualification or similar.
Preferably be a LBP
