Our client is a stable and growing service centre located within the Auckland City Fringe suburbs. Working great hours Monday to Friday with weekends to yourself.
This is an opportunity for you to build your customer service career and develop your skills further.

We are looking for energetic customer focused people that can

Think on your feet
Problem solve and use initiative
Resolve issues first time
Provide an outstanding customer experience
Build rapport with the wider team and the customers
Great computer skills

Your day will be varied between

Processing orders
Taking phone calls
Following up on queries
Supporting the sales team
