As a Customer Resolution Executive, you'll manage an active portfolio of escalated customer complaints to resolve these and deliver a great experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service and advise on the complaint process to our customers or internal teams
• Efficiently and accurately managing complaint files within agreed timelines through to resolution
• Liaising with internal and external service providers, ensuring that queries are acted on efficiently and effectively
• Proactively identifying and escalating opportunities for improvement to policy, systems, products and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An exceptional customer focus with a passion for delivery of exceptional service
• Proven problem solving skills and an understanding of conflict resolution
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
