Company Background:
We are a used car dealership currently having two branches and expanding. We have dealerships located in South Auckland and North Shore with easy access to bus and train stations.
We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing officer who will help our customers choose between the company’s product lines and services, process payments and maintain a high level of customer service.

Basic Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
• Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
• Offering the company’s regular promotions or special offers to customers
• Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
• Arranging product presentation and availability on the company’s marketing channels
• Handling customer complaints arriving on a win-win solution.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
• Ability to Attract Leads You should know how to build your own database of leads. While we provide the basic product training when joining, we expect a self-sustaining candidate to work independently with less supervision in delivering the sales target of the company.
• Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various marketing channels of the company in order to attract leads. Also, we require knowledge of inventory management software.
• Flexibility. Can work around the schedule to deliver the task effectively. Weekend availability is a must.
• Graphics Design. Knowledge of Photoshop or other related software is an advantage
• Driving skill. Candidate must hold NZ license to be considered for this role. An international driver’s license will be accepted as well. As long as the applicant has strong driving skills.
