The Company

We are a commercial furniture business, with over 20 years’ experience in the field and access to world-leading products and services. This company has an extensive history of helping businesses enhance the health and wellbeing of their client’s workforce, which has kept them at the forefront of a competitive market.

The Opportunity:

This role marks the inception of a unique range of niche medical furniture into the healthcare market. Some of the initial ground work has been done, and now we are seeking a Sales Executive to champion the portfolio and execute the business plan for New Zealand.

The primary focus of this role is to develop and manage sales of furniture for healthcare accounts mainly within hospitals, clinics and age care facilities by maximising business opportunities; while fostering relationships with nursing managers, procurement teams, facility managers and architects and designers.

This is a rare entrepreneurial opportunity that will enable a determined individual to build a business and advance their career simultaneously.

Our Ideal candidate would be someone who:

  • Is  a results  driven, career minded professional with a minimum of 10 years’ sales experience
  • Has proven sales experience and is well networked within the healthcare industry
  • Has proven abilities to capture new clients through proactive sales techniques ready to step up to the next level
  • Has consistently excelled in previous sales roles
  • Has well developed organisation and relationship building skills
  • An ability to plan and implement a strategic approach
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong business relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Has proficient computer skills
  • Has resilience and the ability to work autonomously
  • A degree or other professional qualification is advantageous
