We are seeking a sales superstar to develop relationships with our clients and ensure they are recommended the best and most appropriate treatment options to achieve great results.

We require a driven, passionate, tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident and outgoing and loves to hunt for new leads.

The role is responsible for developing relationships and generating new business for the clinic. You will create opportunities for new client recruitment, through events, referrals, local businesses, networking and leveraging the national marketing plan to create leads for our membership programmes.

You will be reporting to the Clinic Manager and work alongside a fabulous team of like-minded professionals including our Beauty Therapists and Registered Nurses. We offer full training in our sales processes and ongoing support and coaching to help you succeed in this role.

Your background, experience and personal attributes will include:

• A minimum of 3 years in developing and driving either product or service based sales, meeting set targets
• A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results
• Polished and professional personal presentation
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy
• A confident manner with a positive, motivated outlook on life
• Passionate about improving women's confidence and giving great customer service, no matter what

A background or interest in skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to sell our fantastic programmes is the most important aspect of this role.

This position includes some late nights and some Saturdays.
