Reporting to the Country Manager for New Zealand, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing the category and channel agenda for NZ with regional support. You’ll be tasked with delivering long-term category growth as well as profitably increasing market share, utilising consumer, shopper and customer insights to develop effective strategies and plans. Leading a team, you’ll create tailored category channel plans for each category as well as driving and accelerating the company’s shopper focus.
  
So, what are we looking for then? It’s a given that you’ll have a proven track record of commercial success in managing multiple categories at a ‘Head of” level within FMCG. Clearly you’ll need to be super smart, strategic and commercial with a strong focus on achieving results. But at the same time we need someone with exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills who can motivate and get buy in from those around you and lead a team to success. Driving a high performance culture with a real focus on achieving results and a hunger to win will be vital to success and your high levels of passion and energy, combined with your commitment to the cause, will inspire those around you.
