Reporting to the GM this role assumes full responsibility for the sales and marketing functions of the business, as well as key relationships. You will have full control of the national team of reps and their performance. Additionally you will provide the strategy and leadership required for the business to achieve its growth and margin goals. Exploring new relationships will be key, as will heading off some new competition in the market.

Attention will be given to candidates who come from National Sales Management within the building industry, or from a manufacturing environment. Your CV points to growth achieved by leading teams and devising/executing a national growth strategy. It would be desirable that you have grown sales to channel and have a strong understanding of sales fundamentals within a reseller/merchant network. You also really enjoy being hands on and doing the face to face client work in the field with your team when possible.
