Your new role
You will be responsible for leading the high performing team as well as developing strong business relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Drive product awareness and product improvement
- Manage all HR processes and sales targets for the sales team
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships
- Develop systems and processes to improve the business practices
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Sales Manager leading a successful sales team specializing in agricultural machinery, along with:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of the local agricultural market
- A professional and positive outlook
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office, database entry and reporting
