The unique aspect to this role is that it has the broad mandate, working with organisations across both the public and private sectors, in order to further develop relationships and opportunities.

The key part of your role will be developing market opportunity off a strong base, with a particular emphasis on the public sector. In order to do so, you will have a strong understanding of the mechanics of government and proven ability to develop and manage critical stakeholder relationships across the sector.
This in no way suggests a lack of opportunity for growth in the commercial sector.
There is substantial, mutually beneficial leverage to be gained, as a team player, working closely with an associated entity, part of the parent company.
  
We would expect you to have:
  • A style and experience that is service related with tangible evidence of having delivered bespoke solutions to enhance client capability.
  • Ideally, experience from within, or at least delivering to government, coupled with a commercial background, possibly encapsulating HR.
  • Some understanding of the role that vocational education can play as a development resource would be beneficial but not essential.  
  • Outstanding commercial acumen, able to develop a complete picture of your customers business, with a solutions focused passion that delivers value across those wider requirements.
