Zenith Interiors is an Australasian operated Commercial Interior company specialising in  progressive and innovation furniture solutions. We have branches throughout Asia, Australia and New Zealand and are currently seeking a project coordinator to join our dynamic Wellington office

The main responsibilities of the role are…

• Project cost/performance management through Pronto management system.
• Raising purchase orders and variations within Pronto management system.       
• Build relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Scheduling and overseeing installations, regional & local transport, site inspections, final defect inspections, H&S compliance.
• Produce timely and accurate monthly forecasting and invoicing.
• Enhance customer and company business relationships by responding to and resolving service issues raised by customers

• Experience in customer service roles
• Willingness to learn and develop their skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude
• Engage in problem solving in a fast pace environment
• Handy with power tools would be a big advantage
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interact with people from all walks of life
• A long-term outlook regarding the position (this is a career, not a job)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel suite
• Well presented – both in appearance and communication
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
