In this role you will take ownership of uncovering sales opportunities across the Southern Region for new customers and market segments for new and used equipment and worktools ensuring your customers' expectations are exceeded.
As a New Customer Account Manager (Inside Sales) with us you will proactively manage your customers - contacting them by telephone to establish a relationship and meet their equipment and worktool needs. You will be responsible for growing our market share and new business development - identifying and creating new accounts, generating sales leads to the support the territory sales team, converting sales directly when required, ensuring customer records are kept up to date within our CRM program. By implementing and adhering to a call cycle you will meet the coverage requirements of your customers.
You:
- will possess solid experience in either telesales or direct sales
- have a background in heavy equipment, or automotive industries or service sales
- build rapport quickly, relate to your colleagues and customers
- possess great listening skills
- love the thrill of closing a sale and delivering customer satisfaction
- are resilient, persuasive, enthusiastic and positive
- are computer literate, preferably with database management experience.
