Are you looking to work in a warm environment with a supportive manager?

This is a customer service role, that is not run of the mill'. Building relationships and growing accounts will be your main focus. Working for a global brand you will be supported and given the tools to succeed.

Working in the busy logistics industry in a full-time Monday to Friday role, you will be interacting with a variety of business customers on a daily basis. Your key focus will be to touch base by phone with them regularly, to determine their changing needs and help them with solutions. You will be looking for opportunities to grow business and be driven to meet your targets and ensure the team succeed.

This role will suit someone with some phone based account management experience. If you have worked in the logistics industry this will definitely be an advantage, but not a necessity. You will have strong computer skills and excellent communication skills.
