iDigital is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Newton. We specialise in helping small to medium businesses get noticed online by providing effective digital marketing solutions that deliver consistent, tangible results.
We’re looking for someone to join our small but growing team who will be responsible for the account management of our client base.
Our aim is to have long term partnerships with our clients and you will be the face of that relationship, ensuring our clients feel valued and their expectations are being met.
WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Management of our client base ensuring clients advertising goals are well understood and being met with their campaigns performing to expectations.
Working closely with the Strategy & Fulfilment team to identify issues with campaigns and supporting them to correct these.
Making regular contact with clients to ensure their expectations are being met, understanding if their needs have changed and identifying opportunities to cross sell and up sell.
Sending out monthly reports and supporting them with any questions or concerns they may have with the information in their reports.
Acting as our customer advocate within the business to ensure their voice is heard in all aspect such as changes to processes, product/service or development of new ones.
WHAT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
You’ll have excellent customer services experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills (customer-centric) – both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others and clearly articulate issues or ideas.
You’ll have a good understand and a passion for digital marketing.
Able to prioritise and manage several competing tasks at a time, be detail oriented and customer focused with a willingness to learn and grow alongside our business.
You will be confident in your ability to cross sell and up sell clients correctly when you see a clear need.
