Seeking an ambitious and results driven Territory Sales Rep to represent a leading petroleum company, developing and maintaining strong business relationships with site operators, as well as enhancing and protecting the brand.
Our client is a global leader in the exploration and production of oil and gas, petroleum refining and supply of fuels. They are looking for an energetic Territory Sales Rep who will develop and maintain relationships with site operators and internal contacts, and work to grow fuel sales and deliver a quality offer to motorists.
Responsibilities:
The Fuelcard Territory Sales Rep is a key commercial sales role in our Fuels Marketing Organisation. The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for customer relationship management
- Business Development
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key customers, industry and internal contacts
- Developing and executing business growth and customer experience enhancement strategies
Requirements:
- Demonstrate full commitment to our company values including safety, product quality, ethics and business controls
- Have previous commercial sales experience (five years) gained within a corporate environment. Knowledge of the transport and energy sectors would also be beneficial. For this role, a strong record of customer acquisition is essential
- Possess strong analytical (including intermediate Excel, Word & PowerPoint), excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, as well as ability to form strong working relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders is critical to your success in this role
- Being tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, the role will ideally suit an individual with strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- A full driver’s license is a minimum requirement
