About this position
Sales development representative is the key role for our Marketing. In order to achieve national sales, distribution and trade marketing target, the incumbent of this role is expected to drive our sales and customer satisfaction in Wellington. He or she will be expected to cover and develop the market with little supervision.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Visit New and Current Clients to introduce our products and service with high convert Ratio for trade transactions
- Help clients to set Display up and training them with the right information and knowledge.
- Look after all clients in Wellington Region with orders, replacements, delivery and solve problem for them.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and distribution plan that meets the company's market, brand, volume and channel objectives.
- Drive growth through identifying and acquiring new B2B customers in assigned territories/channels.
- Manage the collection, analysis, evaluation and dissemination of market, trade marketing and distribution performance data to improve maximum competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement an effective presence marketing and promotion program.
- Represent the company to the trade, trade associations and other stakeholders.
- Manage key trade customers through the development and implementation of key account strategies and plans.
- Providing valuable feedback on competitors’ best practices, new product launches and consumer trends.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Role.
- New markets development experiences preferred.
- Account management experiences preferred.
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven willingness to learn and improve.
- Vaping knowledge and experience preferred.
- Vehicle and over 2 years Full Driving License
