Are you looking for a role that will allow you the freedom to drop your kids off at school, coach that rugby team, have involvement with activities a normal 9-5 job restricts, and not have to spend nights away during the week?

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to market this.  What you do need is the ability to understand the exposure businesses have to their debtors and a desire to assist them in implementing a system that will build a financial fortress around their company.

As you will be working in such a wonderful multicultural area the ability to speak other languages (ideally Mandarin) would be a real asset.

You need to be hungry, motivated and have enough self-belief and self-confidence to make it happen, and if you do, the financial rewards will come. Introduce a service to the business community that truly increases its chance of survival.

A role that allows you to manage your own time but gives you all the support necessary to earn a high level of income.

In the past you may have run your own business, been a General Manager, a Sales Rep, BDM or Area Manager.  The skills you have acquired in those roles such as empathy, process, listening and convincing people to make change will all be useful in enhancing your new career as a Credit Management Professional.

EC Credit Control has been around since 1989.  We are a publically listed company with over 35,000 clients.  Our customers are everyone from your local garage, builders or electricians to the major trading banks and everyone in between. We provide a suite of Credit Management products for you to market providing the opportunity to cross sell to existing clients in addition to hunting new business. We provide all the training and support you will need to become successful and improve your lifestyle. We have a great culture amongst this high performing team.

For the first 8 weeks we pay you the equivalent of $50K pa pro rata plus commissions.  After this time you will possess the knowledge, experience and sales pipeline to be self-sufficient and move on to a commission-only structure where you are generously rewarded for your endeavours.  Commissions are paid weekly.  Top performers make upwards of $180K per annum, but an average OTE is upwards of $100K.
