Job Description 

The Sales Representative will be responsible for securing, obtaining, managing and growing sales within defined territory, including real estate agent and property managers, property maintenance companies, local councils, education boards, etc. 

This role position is responsible for obtaining sales from new and existing customer accounts and is serves as the primary point of contact for all roofing-related issues. 

This position works closely with the Sales and Operations Manager to ensure customer's requirements (including post sale requirements) are being met.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

·         Achieve and maintain acceptable sales performance goals

·         Cold calling on prospective home owners

·         Secure, manage and grow new and existing accounts sales by introducing new products, services, and opportunities to customers

·         Ensures profitability of each assigned account 

·         Develops new business target list, strategy and tactics for new account acquisition, conduct meetings, presentations, site visits, produces quotes and closes product sales to new prospects

·         Customarily and regularly identifies and initiates contact with customers to develop long-term business relationships 

Roofing experience preferred but not a prerequisite.

You will be provided with the essential tools: company car, phone, IPad. In addition, you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary with a very generous commission inclusive of Kiwi Saver contributions.
