Spark Business Hub Tamaki are looking for a talented sales professional with a relentless passion to succeed, to join our local team of stars.

This account management role is responsible for delivering new customer acquisition and existing customer retention in a manner that ensures that Hub Tamaki grows its existing and new customer base.  This will involve a high level of business partnering with new and existing customers, and building long term relationships. 

To succeed in this role, a strong focus on daily sales activity, building your sales pipeline, effective closing of sales and a focus on customer service and follow up is required.

In conjunction with the Sales Manager, this role is designed to build and maintain the sales and service delivery and ongoing development of the Hub customer base. This includes account management and sales management functionality in a manner that effectively promotes the Spark whole of business offerings, and grows and enhances Hub Tamaki's reputation and business performance as the premier Spark dealer partner.

Primary Objectives

  • To provide positive and constructive sales engagement with new and existing customers and other members of your team.

  • To meet and exceed your sales targets and KPI's.

  • To meet and exceed your daily customer contact targets.

  • To retain and grow your mobile customer base

  • To retain and grow your wired customer base

  • To provide excellent customer service to our clients

  • To optimise your usage of the CRM system to target business development activities that effectively grow and achieve agreed branch retention and sales targets.

  • To develop and maintain positive and pro-active business relationships with appropriate Spark staff.

The role will be rewarded with a base salary, commission, company car and is well suited to someone who wants to take the next step in their sales career.
