An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Auckland/Northland Grocery Sales team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who takes ownership and accountability, influences & builds relationships and leads others, has a passion for making a difference and challenges the status quo!


What you’ll be doing:

As one of our Territory Managers, you'll be responsible for activating our sales strategies, building and maintaining internal and external relationships and have a great time selling more drinks!

Key responsibilities of this role include:
•Meeting & exceeding sales targets for your territory - including budget achievement, sales value, and distribution targets.
•As the face of our business for Grocery accounts in your territory, you’ll ensure that our customers receive service that is second to none!
•Commercially savvy, you’ll use your knowledge to build your key account relationships and actively seek opportunities to gain new business.
•Activating our sales strategies – you’ll drive sales and grow presence of our new and existing products by optimizing trade investment and executing all promotions, point of sale, and space commitments in store.
About you:

This role would suit a high performing Territory Manager with FMCG experience. You will have a passion for success and be able to demonstrate strong sales skills, account management success and have the ability to influence both external and internal customers. You will reflect the Frucor Values in your passion and drive for achieving team and individual KPIs.
