Racing Tauranga has a track record of successful horse racing and hospitality events dating back over 150 years.
This newly established role requires a key leader to position the organisation well for future direction. Racing Tauranga is charged with keeping the racing legacy alive and the interest high so that the future of Tauranga racecourse and its activities are in sound shape for generations to come.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated high performance in a similar role
- Ability to lead and motivate a successful team
- Commercial acumen and business development skills to ensure success
- A related tertiary qualification (desirable)
- Passion for the horse racing sector
