We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in our Hamilton office.  We provide services within New Zealand and Australia and operate between the hours of 7.30am to 7.30pm, five days a week. 

You will be a skilled problem solver, have an enthusiastic and customer centric style and can calmly listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions.  Ideally you will have a strong ‘can do’ attitude who can provide quick and accurate assistance to our customers in New Zealand and Australia.

In your new role you will also be responsible for processing customer orders efficiently, running daily reports and most importantly, building long lasting relationships with our Customers.

Ideally you will have the following attributes to be successful:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service centric and always the team player
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Intermediate experience with Gmail and Microsoft Office software such as: Word, Excel
  • Flexibility with work hours as there is a requirement to cover different time zones
  • Quality and quantity is important to you
