An exciting new opportunity has arisen for experienced Customer Service Representative to work with a leading Australasian manufacturing business. Based in South Auckland, you will be part of a company that encourages growth and development.

Your key duties will be:
Dealing with B2B orders from manufacturers and suppliers. This will involve:
- Handling warranty and return queries
- Order processing
- Providing excellent phone and email support to customers
- Quoting costs and prices
- Managing database information and updating the CMS system
Skills required for this role:
- Excellent communication skills
- previous customer service experience
- NCEA Level 3 or equivalent
Hours:
Monday - Friday
12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
