An exciting new opportunity has arisen for experienced Customer Service Representative to work with a leading Australasian manufacturing business. Based in South Auckland, you will be part of a company that encourages growth and development.

This an exciting time to be joining the team, with lots of positive growth, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their customer service career.

Your key duties will be:

Dealing with B2B orders from manufacturers and suppliers. This will involve:

Handling warranty and return queries
Order processing
Providing excellent phone and email support to customers
Quoting costs and prices
Managing database information and updating the CMS system

Skills required for this role:

Excellent communication skills
previous customer service experience
NCEA Level 3 or equivalent

Hours:

Monday - Friday

12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
