Sales Manager
Great Southern a leading manufacturer and retailer of superior quality Posts and Timber requires a dynamic Retail Sales Manager for their Oamaru store. The successful applicant will continue the companies commitment to exceed customers expectations, be highly motivated and have strong communication skills. You will be confident in supporting the Site Manager in the day to day operation of the business while having responsibility for the management of the retail sales division.
You will be responsible for building on the existing business and customer base through sound organisational skills coupled with self motivation, an enjoyment for team work and a passion for quality outcomes.
We would like to hear from applicants that have:
- A successful track record in a similar role focusing on sales and supporting managers in their duties.
- A sound knowledge of the building and fencing industry (not essential)
- A passion for exceeding customers expectations
