The Company:
Our client is a reputable Debt Collection Agency. They are a very professional, yet hard-line practice and have the reputation of providing effective recovery solutions for their valued clients.
They are currently seeking a motivated and hard working person to join their very successful Field Services team. This is a very hands-on role, with big expectations and BIG REWARDS!
The Role:
You will be working to manage and fulfil collection targets and grow your ledger. The role will be split between office and field work and we expect your skills to be strong in both areas. Those with previous Debt Collection experience that can hit the ground running, are highly welcomed.
However we are also open to those with the desire to work hard and earn a high income. Full training will be offered, but you must have the skills that are listed below.

You! What won't work:
We don't tolerate average! Everyone works super hard in this company. It is expected. No excuses. They work as a team. They support one another. They have a lot of fun and enjoy a definite 'Work hard – Play hard' environment.
If you are fragile, sensitive, PC, timid, nervous, or haven't got a thick skin, this is not the position for you. You will be knocking on the doors of strangers, often in lower socio-economic areas. You need to be confident and switched-on. You will have a clean criminal record and a full NZ Drivers license.
The Hours:
9am to 8pm – Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm Fridays. This may preclude you from sports practice, hobbies and tucking your kids in at night. Make sure you have a supportive partner and your enthusiasm for this role is strong. The hours are long but the rewards are seriously great!
Remuneration & Benefits:
There are BIG rewards here! A base salary, Company car and commissions are on offer. After 6 months you can expect to be earning circa $75K - $100K pa. In your second year you will be genuinely be earning WELL in excess of $100K. (Think $160K+). There are not many jobs that you can earn this amount so quickly without years of training behind you.
