This is an exciting time for someone with the right experience, and importantly, the right attitude to join our team.
What you will be doing?
We have highlighted a need for a workforce planner extraordinaire to join us and drive our teams to make things better for our store teams and simpler for our customers. As our new Operations Workforce Planner, you will work with the wider Operations team to maximise productivity and manage the Noel Leeming and Torpedo7 store labour.
You will do this by:
- Determining an ideal store workload capacity and develop and implement a labour scheduling model
- Continually review and modify the model to ensure it supports the changing needs of the business
- Training stores as required to optimise rosters to ensure that all workload can be effectively executed within the required timeframes
- Producing regular reporting for the Operations team to enable them to accurately forecast store labour and to easily identify trends and potential issues
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone that has a strong understanding of store labour scheduling and management. Needless to say, you will have great analytical and numerical skills too. As you will be representing the wider Operations team, we are looking for an effective relationship builder who has strong communication skills.
Previous workforce planning management experience will be beneficial, and previous experience in a retail environment across multiple sites is strongly desired
