Musterrecruit is a fresh, bold and innovative business looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with strong business development skills to join the team!

Established last year, we are growing rapidly and looking for our next Superstar to join the team!!!

Working for Muster you will fulfil a diverse and demanding role, providing high quality recruitment services to many clients who we are already working with and you will need to be sales focused to bring in new business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business which uses global-sourcing technology to muster up the best candidates this world has to offer!!!

Day to day responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads, chasing and converting them
  • Establishing new relationships with clients
  • Pitching our brand/products and services provided
  • Using your recruitment skills to source the best candidates from a variety of sources including your networks
  • Write and place effective job adverts where necessary, monitoring responses
  • Screening and interviewing candidates - this is a 360 degree role supported by our candidate consultants who source candidates for our client facing team
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Keep up with market trends and networking with the best talent in your market
  • Ongoing management and development of client relationships
  • Negotiate pay and charge rates and ensuring all Muster Regulations are complied with

Your experience and skillset

  • Experience within a recruitment role working in a sales driven environment
  • Evident ability to exceed set targets and KPIs
  • Ability to network effectively at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent user of IT systems, Microsoft Office and databases
  • You will be organised and have the ability to multitask
  • Above all else, you will be driven to succeed in everything you do
  • You will be ambitious and always willing to learn and try new things
