About the role:
You will lead a small but perfectly formed HR team and create strategy, execute plans and continue to drive and influence business outcomes. You will deliver high impact people solutions, that enable the business to achieve desired objectives and continue their growth journey, whilst caring for a strong culture, that celebrates diversity and is customer centric.In return you will receive a full scope HR management remit and create your pathway and develop the people function, recognised for your contribution and value added.
Keys to success:
You will have a strong grasp of employee relations and exposure to unionised enviornments. You will be a sounds HR generalist, well positioned to provide sound advice, with the ability to manage any escalations/ mediations and influence through relationships and expertise.
