Our client provides learning resources for on the job training and career pathways through their NZQA approved qualifications. You could be part of this learning solutions team, advancing peoples careers and strengthening industry capabilities.
  

As an Instructional Designer you will be responsible for:
  • Developing industry relevant training resources, assessment tools and support materials
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis
  • Engaging with subject matter experts and external contractors
  • Recommending strategies for review and upgrade of existing resources
  • Working collaboratively on cross-functional team and group projects

To be successful in this role you will be required to apply sound instructional design principles to learning. Key skills required will include:
  • A qualification in Instructional design, or equivalent related professional experience
  • Experience in vocational education and a working knowledge of NZQF and unit standards
  • An understanding of LMS (desirable)
  • Experience in providing digital delivery solutions
  • Proven time and project management skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Knowledge of InDesign
  • Work samples/portfolio will be helpful
