Deloitte has led the way in recruitment strategy, we have received global recognition, won awards & pioneered social recruiting at the graduate level.

Due to promotion we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to take responsibility for our Graduate recruitment programme. We hire at least 200 students annually and this is our largest recruitment project and an exceptional opportunity for a talented Recruiter looking to make their mark.

You need to be a diverse and quick thinker who considers a variety of recruitment channels to keep Deloitte ahead of our competition. We like trying new things. You will have a drive to learn and grow in an ever changing environment

What does the role involve?

• Building solid relationships across all levels of our firm, with students, university career advisors, heads of departments, suppliers and relevant recruitment industry members to ensure Deloitte is visible in the market and aware of the latest opportunities
• Promoting and organising events at universities nationwide to promote Deloitte opportunities and connect our people with talent
• Cultivating a pipeline of student talent with diversity & inclusion front of mind
• Developing digital content, managing a variety of social media channels and communication with students
• Facilitating and tailoring new marketing / employment branding campaigns with a focus on digital engagement
• Managing the nationwide recruitment process and budget for our Graduate & Summer Intern programme
• Supporting the wider People & Performance Recruitment team with experienced hire recruitment
• Representing the Deloitte brand in the market place
• Using data to make the best decisions

Your profile

• You will have successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree. It is advantageous if this is in business related discipline, such as Marketing, Business or HR.
• Previous exposure to recruitment / recruiting internally or with an agency
• Value candidate care above all else
• Naturally curious, you're ahead of the game when it comes to finding and establishing talent pools
• Passionate about new ways of communicating to talent communities using social channels
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
• Resilient, confident and self-assured with candidate care
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the initiative to anticipate potential problems and develop solutions
• Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to delegate work and meet deadlines
