A contract opportunity has arisen for an HR Consultant to join this much-loved healthcare organisation, where the HR function is well respected and valued.
As the HR Consultant reporting into the Head of ER/Change and Remuneration, you will be responsible for a range of portfolios, working closely with the management teams, with a focus on employee relations and change across the wider HR team.
You will be an experienced HR all-rounder with solid generalist skills that include ER and change. Someone who is comfortable working in a unionised environment, with an ability to independently manage and resolve complex HR issues. You will provide expert HR advice to people leaders across the country, happy to work autonomously, and be a trusted advisor to managers. They will quickly learn that they can trust your judgment.
This is a great team to join. This role is based in Mt Wellington and will start in July/August for a long term fixed term contract. Both full and part time arrangements will be considered.
