We are looking for a safe pair of hands to manage this large, nationally distributed team, within a fast paced operational environment for a 12 month fixed term period.

You will oversee the running of HR administration  teams that handle first-line HR support and deliver transactional HR services.

This role would ideally suit an operational HR Manager or a contact centre or processing centre team manager who has a good understanding of HR processes and an understanding of workflow and queue management.

The key attributes of the successful candidate are:

• The ability to lead, motivate and effectively manage people
• A focus on quality assurance and ensuring consistency of customer experience
  
• Ability to manage competing demands and expectations of internal customers
• Ability to prioritise workflows and assist with complex problem solving
• Generalist HR background (desirable)
