I am working with my client to source a senior recruitment partner to do end to end internal recruitment. You will comfortably relate to people at all levels and will have credible conversations with subject matter experts. You will be a strong communicator and offer strategic solutions to hiring managers. You will deliver high quality advice to run efficient recruitment processes.
To be successful you will have:-
- Proven technical recruitment experience to a senior level
- Experience delivering talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong influencing skills
