Recognised for its strong focus on giving back to the community, this successful and meaningful business is now looking for an experienced human resources advisor to join its energetic team on a temporary basis.

Key attributes required for the position include:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR capacity
- Up to date knowledge of the relevant NZ legislation
- Process improvement focus
- The ability to initiate and implement change
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with departmental managers
- An eye for detail, great organisational and coordination skills
- A good grasp of Health and Safety in the workplace
- End-to-end recruitment
