Covering for a permanent staff member this is a short term temporary 25 hour per week assignment for an established company based in Ngauranga.
You will have previous similar experience and the ability to beable to pick up duties quickly and efficiently is essential.
Proficient with telephone screening and short listing, preparing new contracts, liasing with Contract Managers, processing of documents, attending to visitors at Reception, answering the phone, these are just some of the duties required.
Starting end of the month through to early September.
