We represent a not-for-profit Organisation who provide support to disabled people, their families and carers across Auckland. They are ideally seeking an HR Advisor to join their team for around 2 months cover. 

They require a candidate who can help with:

anything within the HR spectrum. Such as assisting the Senior HR Advisor, updating managers on any ER issues and providing managers with advise on any HR related issues/ advise. This role will be involved in projects which are led by the Senior HR Advisor. They have to be able to be a back up to  the HR Coordinator if they go on leave which entails taking charge of the recruitment and selection process along with maintaining employee contracts as required. They require someone with an intermediate level of experience.

I went for the interview on the following Monday and was informed that I got the job and has to start the Thursday of the same week. I have now been with this company for more than a month and loving it. They're a wonderful bunch of people and I love the challenges the new job presents.  Amy still follows up on how I'm doing every couple of weeks.
