This role will suit an internal recruiter or agency recruiter who is looking to work in a small team and for the opportunity to progress to a more senior client-facing position.
- Grow your skills as a Recruitment Advisor or Agency Recruiter
- Engage with senior public sector professional candidates
- Use your well-developed knowledge of recruitment processes
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients’ internal recruitment teams
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates for vacancies
- Engaging with our existing talent pool both face-to-face and via social media
- Coordinating talent attraction strategies and candidate care processes
- Screening, interviewing and liaising with candidates
- Preparing and posting job advertisements
- Preparing resumes for clients, and completing reference checks
- Working with our Marketing Coordinator on social media and other campaigns
