This role leads an established function with room for further enhancement. The organisation is going through a period of significant change as it matches its structure to deliver some of its core functions in a new manner. Alongside training and operational HR support for the business your team will be working on culture, and change, resilience and enhancing sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.

As an experienced Manager you will be well used to developing the culture, capability and systems that support a team and HR function to operate as an integral part of the business. Working closely with the senior leadership team you will monitor and nurture the organisational culture, help prepare the business to navigate through change and support it to deliver through the transition. 

You will be working with passionate people in an organisation that delivers a diverse range of services, an organisation that is large enough to require comprehensive HR support but not so  large as to become bogged down in buracracy.
