This organisation has achieved rapid growth and outstanding, sustainable success in a relatively short space of time.  It is a given that the leadership of their people and culture will continue to accelerate their success and positioning in the market.  Therefore, we are seeking a senior HR professional who can develop and execute the people strategy, contribute to business strategy and drive strong commercial outcomes as a result.

You will be a key contributor in the executive team and as such we are seeking a very commercially inclined HR generalist who is fundamentally aligned with the values and culture of the existing team.

Whilst there are some sound operational frameworks already in place, your key objective is to set and execute the people strategy from start to finish.  The plan will be yours to create, your starting point will be:

  • Executive leadership development and coaching
  • Ongoing enhancement and development of culture
  • Creating HR Frameworks such as remuneration and benefits, flexibility, training and development, etc
  • Operational execution of your strategy

Whilst this is a sole charge role and therefore a strong blend of strategic and hands on support, we do expect that you will need to engage some external support to execute specialist programmes from time to time.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you will need:

  • At least five years senior HR generalist experience, ideally in a sole charge situation
  • Proven leadership development experience and the capability to coach your senior peers
  • The ability to problem solve and achieve organisational objectives through a strong influencing style
  • The willingness to influence and affect behaviour change over a sustained period.
