As part of a HR team you will play an integral role in building the People and Culture function from the ground up; covering the full HR remit from Organisational Development and Culture, through to Recruitment, Employment Relations, Performance Management and Change Management.

There will be an expectation for you to be actively involved in delivering results in focused projects contributing to the wider People and Culture strategy.

You will be excited by a broad and varied role, moving at a fast pace.  Creativity is something that comes naturally to you, which contributes to your ability to deliver value added initiatives and processes.  You have strong interpersonal skills which comes through in your stakeholder management and your ability to communicate effectively.  You will have resilience, creativity and passion to contribute to a transformational People and Culture journey.
