My client is a well known and respected supplier to the engineering, hardware, electrical and plumbing sectors. I am pleased to present this excellent Technical Customer Service role, which will appeal to a highly motivated person looking for career opportunities!
 
About the role

• Work with both major retail clients as well as independently owned smaller businesses, providing phone based customer service
• Use your technical knowledge and personality to drive successful outcomes for both customers and the internal sales team.
• Process orders, liaise with the warehouse and freight companies on deliveries
• Problem solve and provide effective solutions for a variety of products and clientele

 Requirements

• You have proven customer service, trade counter or retail sales experience in either engineering, DIY/hardware, electrical or plumbing products
• You love providing exceptional service and building long term relationships with your customers
• You're a quick learner who picks up on technical product information with ease
• You have excellent computer skills and pride yourself on your high level of attention to detail.
