This is a great opportunity for some with exceptional customer service skills. You will be joining the team at the early stages of their development so there is definitely future career development opportunities. You'll be able to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills. As well as the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with various clients. You will be responsible for taking bookings (via phone and email) and liaising with clients to assist with any issues. Ideally, you will have experience in the travel & tourism sector although this isn't essential.
