This company is a market leading manufacturer of a range of mechanical products. Most enquiries come from large customers with multiple retail branches. With a strong commitment to continue delivering top notch levels of customer service and quality, they seek two key customer services people with a mechanical aptitude.
  
The first role manages the full range of customer service responsibilities including being the front-line contact, assisting walk-in trade customers with sales and product information, managing telephone queries and orders, and order processing using an inhouse ERP system. You will liaise with internal technical teams and from time to time assisting by outbound account calling to support sales promotions / product releases.  The role is all about proactive telephone account management of the key accounts at both branch and head office level, building the strength of these relationships. You are well organised and self-managing in style and enjoy problem solving.

The second position encompasses customer service responsibilities outlined but also takes a lead in being the key customer contact for all initial technical and product quality queries, processing through investigations and claim procedures, implementing corrective actions, providing strong reporting, analysis and follow-up, all with a view to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring a strong quality improvement approach. A strong mechanical understanding is a must for this role.

Both positions are very busy, so you will need to be highly organised, good with project management and follow up, and you’ll have proven ability in a technical / mechanical products environment. You will have good verbal and written communication, together with sound exposure to sales / customer service. Your positive work style and team approach sets you apart.
