About the Role:
As a Customer Service Assistant, it will be the perfect opportunity for an energised and focused individual to really excel in providing a great customer experience to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will need to be proficient in data and credit processing with experience in reporting as well. As there will be high volumes of orders to process into the system, attention to detail and accuracy is extremely important. This is a small close-knit team who work hard together to achieve oustanding results and support one another along the way.
What skills are required for this role?
- Must have had previous experience with AX Dyanmics
- Experience within the FMCG Industry - preferably the Food Sector
- Strong customer service and order processing experience
- Be switched on, methodical and have the ability to pick up things quickly
- Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Have an aptitude for numbers and experience in credit processing
