Our client:
Our client has been working within their industry for many years 100% New Zealand owned and operated. They provide quality and compliant commercial washroom products to a variety of businesses within New Zealand. Their customers depend on them not just for quality service, but for ongoing, tailormade support and advice. Sometimes their customers call them just for a chat or for reassurance, and they wouldn’t have it any other way!

The role:
Our client is after a committed, enthusiastic and experienced customer service administrator to join their team.  They are a close nit team and need someone who is passionate about their work and happy to roll up their sleeves when required. You will be proactive and work efficiently with internal staff members as well as customers and suppliers.

A few of the key responsibilities will include: 

  • Enter, confirm customer sales orders
  • Maintain excellent standards of customer service and delivery
  • Tracking and tracing customer deliveries
  • Working with warehouse staff to ensure orders despatched on time / correctly
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Entering Purchase Orders into system as required
  • Assist any staff member as required

To be succesful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills along with Data entry and typing speed 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within Customer service (face to face or phone based)
  • You will have initiative and be proactive, constantly looking for the next task and challenge
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced role working as a team player
  • Ability to build rapport with both internal and external customers
