Based at our Greenlane Dealership, you will form an integral part of our Aftersales department acting as the liaison between our staff, customers and distributors.
Your impecable presentation, coupled with your extraordinary communication skills will give you the ability to be successful in interacting with the wide range of clientele at our dealership. Further to this you will be highly organised, and will be able to manage your time well.
As the Junior Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for tasks relating to the order and supply of parts as well as scheduling bookings to meet customer and dealership requirements.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Understanding of basic IT systems
- High level of personal presentation
- A clean NZ drivers licence
- A background in the automotive industry would be advantageous
