A very exciting opportunity has come about with a successful software development house with an international presence. They specialise in software for the glass industry, with solutions geared specifically to glass installers and fabricators. Their software is being used world wide and is second to none.They currently have a vacancy for a Software Technical and Sales Support person as their business is growing at a rapid pace. The role will initially be a supportive function with the potential of turning into a sales role.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team with vetting new prospects.
- Assisting the sales team with on-boarding process of new sign-ups.
- Assisting the support team with set-up and configuration of new customers.
- Helping customers to use the software to solve their problems and improve their business.
- offering suggestions into product development.
- You need to be very competent with maths, as you will need to be able to explain to a customer how the size or the price of a piece of glass has been calculated.
- As you will be working for a software company, you need to have some interest in computers.
- It is absolutely essential that you have very good written and verbal English command as you will be corresponding with people overseas everyday.
- You are probably a University graduate with good grades.
